Details: A Host of Winter Preps (lots o' pics) This Silverado absolutely kicked my butt! The paint was harder than any Vette I've done...which is hard. I tried several combinations, and surprisingly, what worked best wasn't the "strongest" combo. I was able to remove about 75% of the defects. Overall, I was very frustrated and dejected with detailing after this one - maybe my toughest detail ever.
Exterior:
- wash with Zaino Z7 and Eurow sheepskin
- clay with Zaino Z18 and DP 4-in-1 as lube
- polish with PO106FF and polishing pad at 1700 rpm (this was the winning combo after 4 combinations)
- AIO with polishing pad via PC and speed 5
- sealed with Zaino Z5 Pro
- Zaino Z16 on tires and trim

Next up was a Civic. This thing was in great shape, and it was actually pretty enjoyable to work on, although it was 26 degrees with a 14 degree wind chill – burrrr.
Interior:
- vacuum thoroughly
- wipedown
Exterior:
- wash with Zaino Z7 and Eurow sheepskin
- clay with Zaino Z18 and DP 4-in-1 as lube

- sealed with Zaino Z2 Pro
- Robbie's Nu-Glo on tires and trim

Last up was an '04 Mach1 in Competition Orange which is a pretty cool color.
