tinted front windshields

my whole windshield is 35% with a 15% strip across the top... I love it visibility is fine with 35%. Cops don't care around here about your tint... its so hot in the summer time everyone (including the cops) have dark tint. You'd have to really **** someone off to get a tint ticket around here.

5% all around and 35% on the windshield is how I roll....no cop problems, but I heard a rumor they got rid of the tinting laws. If you ever get pulled over just roll your window down. Around here they don't care unless they want to see in when pulling you over and can't.

hatch 5% sides 15% and windshield 35%...cops in my area hate it. i had the windshield on my DD ranger tinted but got a ticket and ripped it off, have yet to have a "slow" day at work so i can retint it....
visibility is fine. sometimes at night it's a little hard to read the small street signs until you're right up on them....and when it's raining out at night it's a bit hard...but it's hard to see when it's raining at night period....but it's sweet and i love tinted windshields! all my friends have theirs tinted as well

Went 15% with the advice of my tinter and after seeing SS4matt's side windows, couldn't have been happier. I honestly wish I had done SOMETHING on the front, even if just 50% to cut down on the nasty afternoon glare.

windshield tint is illegal anywhere to my knowledge. here in michigan "any windows adjacent to the driver can not have any film more more then a 4" strip across the top"
we tint windows and windshields all the time at my work...we tell people it's illegal, they are aware of it and want it still, and i'm not one to tell a customer don't give me your money
a tinted windshield really sets a car off IMO....i'm so used to it when i get in a car that does not have a tinted windshield i'm like "woa...this isn't right"
