steering wheel Is it possible to swap out the current 3spoke GM steering wheel onto an Fbody?
I would prefer a C6Z one as they are much thicker.
question 1: Will the airbag still be able to be connected and work?
question 2: with the different centercaps on the various models, how easy is it to remove and replace?

i think someone had posted about this a while back and if i remember correctly it won't work. not sure why. but don't quote me on that, do more research. you might be able to pull the thread under search.

JasonWW tried using a GM truck wheel with wood inserts and it didnt fit.

Verdad Gallardo Found out today that the C6 and the C6 Z06 steering wheels are different part numbers. I'll go with a tape measure next week and measure the thickness of the wheel.
