Aftermarket steering wheels?
im looking to change my steering wheel.
reasons:
dont like airbags
stock one flex's too much
stock one is too big
when i had my other 4th gen i changed the steering wheel to one of those kind with the flat bottoms. makes it easier to get in and out of the car.
i had one like this style:
how many of you guys have aftermarket steering wheels? if any show some pics

I'd only get an afermarket steering wheel if I was heavy into racing (drag racing, competiton and etc) to they just take away from the interior beauty of the car.

I've considered it before (for the same reason, turning in the canyons) but decided to put money elsewhere...
If I got one it would be the Flaming Rivers "Waterfall" STYLE (maybe not that actual brand) and it would only happen if Twisted Machine made paddle shifting on a stock (non-aftermarket controlled tranny) car possible:
Here's more pics of the wheels I was considering:

There should be one bolt-nut holding the wheel on. Unscrew that. Then take a steering wheel puller and it should come right off. It's very easy.

theres diffrent kinds of clips or bolts that hold an air bag on, mine had 4 bolts from the back of the steering wheel, some just have springs clips that can be a bugger to get out sometimes.
