It is not so big different between regular and thin vinyl. But i would go with some foam pad underneath.

Default Locating Dark Gray

I unsuccessfully searched this thread for charcoal. Anyone know where I can find some vinyl to match my charcoal/dark gray interior?

I'd just get vinyl that closely matches the pattern/grain then get color matched vinyl dye to color it. ANy automotive paint store can color match vinyl dye. There are also online places that will do it. Google Leatherique the company that manufactures that also sells leather repair & dye kits.

I think you're making good changes, although I'd probably leave the red inserts on the doors. All-black can be a little boring.

I like the mods, but I am curious as to how it would hold up in being a car that sits outside?

I wrapped my radio bezel last summer and its still holding up fine, in a convertible in Southern California. I usually have my top down if it isn't raining, so its seen all different temperatures.

I plan on doing all the panels.

How would this panel wrapping hold up under -35 degree temperatures? My car is stored during the winter but it gets damn cold in the storage area.

I see you decided to do what I suggested about the console and those damn cup holders. I haven't wrapped anything of mine yet. Way too busy with other projects like my paint job!

I thinking of doing this,

Vader99: How would this panel wrapping hold up under -35 degree temperatures? My car is stored during the winter but it gets damn cold in the storage area.

the specification says between -40 - +110 degree C for fastbond 30 glue

munecorey: are you gonna do anything with the steering wheel?

I´m thinking of wrap the center in black and some black wheelskin, not sure, would like to replace the wheel but the airbag is a issue.

absolutely, this is thanks to your suggestion, all credit to you!!
