Default which exhaust

which exhaust should i get. i currently have a borla and like it a lot but really havent heard to many others. im going to run the cme tips so the exhaust tips wont matter at all. i just dont know what to go with. im using kooks full length custom headers with a y-pipe and also a cutout.

i could do true duals but which mufflers would i use? then i gotta sell all my cme parts. the only thing is i plan on dropping the car an inch so true duals might hit on bumps. also if i did true duals i would want to run dumps

Hmm...well you can usually get good clearance with a bullet style muffler, whether it be a dynomax, borla xr1, spiral flow, whatever. You're like me, I wanted duals and I ONLY wanted them dumped, I just think it looks badass as hell. Either way, there's a couple true dual setups that people ran out the back through a CME that I've seen on here...maybe someone else can point you to who those guys are 'cause I can't remember.

The GMMG sounds freakin awesome. My dad has those with LT's and it is sick. If you go dumped true duals my favorite is with flowmasters. Sounds freakin mean. IMO bullet mufflers make the cars sound like trucks. My bro in law has true dual with bullet style mufflers and LT's and it sounds great at idle, but when he is driving it sounds like a truck.

magnaflow has no sound clips of an lt1 only an ls1. i am also going to run a vortech t trim on a specially built one of a kind lt1. and ill have the whole exhaust for sale for cheap when it comes around to getting rid of it because im buying all new parts.
