Got my Berger panel back from the body shop a few days ago and put it on tonight. After buying a used z28 panel for $20 I brought it to my friends body shop in Cali for paint. $100 later he sanded, primed, shot it with a black bumper coat, and then mixed with clear and flat smoke. The clear coat should extend the life of the paint but still has a semi gloss satin finish. Opinions are welcome

 

Looks good. I'd go with some chrome fill ins for the back.

 

Thanks! I thought that would look cluttered. Also I have a hard time convincing myself to pay another $50 for them again after I put them on my stock panel.

 

I think it looks awesome. I'd like to see a farther away pic but I think the camaro inserts would set it off.

+1 for inserts. But be understated and go with plain silver to match the car's paint. That way it won't look cluttered..

nice, but since you dont want the clutter look, you should have filled in the letters at the body shop....

Get the ebay inserts, they are like 8 bucks and work just as great. I had some on my 93 Z28 and I drove it in the winter/summer and I didn't have a single problem.
