Default Blackbird stripes

Does anyone sell Chrome Blackbird stripes? Ive recently installed my Polished set and the guy who did it for me kinda fubar'd it, but what can ya expect for free. Ive come to the decision to redo it but I rather have it done in chrome to match my rims. Im also gonna be redoing all the over lays in chrome as well. wasted bout 80 bucks worth of vinyl but oh well.. we live n' learn. This time it'll be done correctly. Heres how it turned out. It dont look horrible but it just doesnt look correct in my eyes.

This is whats wrong with it

I recently removed the Formula Badges on the sides and Layed down the Vinyl Polished Overlays on the door itself where the badges used to be... BUT the freakin glue was worthless and the edges started lifting as well as the PONTIAC lettering on the headlight cover. Cant seem to win with the polished so I figure I'll try the chrome overlays this time around. Soooo Anyone help me find matching Chrome Blackbird Stripes?

My stripes look identical to that. My buddy put them on for me and the only way to get them to flow with the nostils is to use an exacto-knife or similar to cut them perfect (he didnt, but no one has ever said anything negative about them). I got mine from fourthcircle as well. I think your's look awesome by the way!

Joe.

That's how they all come dude. If you want the lines to be perfect you have to trim it yourself.

I purchased em through Fourth Circle. Ive been in contact with the guy through emails and he says his vinyl blackbird stripes are cut to fit the inlets on factory WS6 hoods. I sent him the same pics as above and said if they are then whats the problem here because this is not close in my honest opinion. Mines a factory replacement hood. Still have yet to hear back from him. Im really not tryin to be a dick to this guy over at Fourth Circle. If he says they are cut to fit then I want what I pay for. The glue on the other overlays was **** and didnt stick worth a flip. The passenger side badge over lay for instance the U L A in formula started lifting.. the U and L on the outter edges and the A right in the center. Was no way to fix this. Ended up havin to rip em off the car cuz it looked shitty with Formula on one side and Form on the other. And before you ask, yes I used a degresser AND used Goo B gone to remove any left overs from the double sided tape from the badges to prevent lifting/etc.
Hell if you look at the pic of the driverside inlet you can see the "R" tryin to lift in the center.

Yeah.. Im **** bout my car.. but who isnt?!

Yeah, I tried emailing him numerous times about using a clear mask instead instead of the paper but he would not respond. It would make them so much easier to install especially when using the dry method as I did. Mine came out fine but was trickier to do without clear mask.

Your BB stripes look pretty much just the same as mine do. When I put them on though I pulled the bottom closer to where the nostril rounds down on the side. Oh well. My car is the Black TA on his website with the checkerd BB stripes for pics to compare if you can see.

Yep, Everyone should use the clear pre mask. Makes it much easy to put on.

Pm me if your still looking for a set in chrome.
