T-Top fiasco!
I was actually very nice about it to her
because she was VERY upset that it had happened and knows how much I love my car. So, with two broken T-tops, apparently they aren't covered by my glass insurance since they are part of the structure of the car. They would be collision, so it'd be 500 deductible. I decided instead to just buy a used set. Found a used set on ebay and bought them for a pretty reasonable price. Paid for them and waited. Emailed a couple days after payment looking for a tracking number and he said the echeck hadn't cleared yet. So, I waited a week or so and then emailed again. No answer. I noticed at this point that this person, since I bought these, has had 7 negative feedbacks!!!
Later that night, I waited and waited for a call. 3-4 hours passes. 5, 6 hours passed. Finally I called him. No answer. I called again and left a message. This was yesterday. I'm going to try calling him again today.
So why do people have to be like that!?!? Why must everyone rip off everyone else just to make a buck?! All this crap and I haven't been able to drive my car for almost 3 weeks now.

I'd say if it's been over 10 days, file the claim w/ eBay and PayPal (if you used them) and try to get your money back. Once they see that crap you'd be surprised how quick they can respond (if they are indeed not trying to scam you).
Then just beat his *** at the door and go looking for the T-tops. I feel no mercy for people like that and even if he pulls em right out of his *** he should still get a good whoopin.
