Scraping sound from transmission near torque converter area

Installed a Fast 90/90 and went to the strip to test it out. Car is running decent and everything seems normal. Made 3 passes, 2 nailing it off idle and 1 loading the converter.
On the way home I noticed a light "scraping sound" that I thought was a sucking sound related to the intake.
But then I noticed I only hear it when the car is in gear at idle or the lightest touch of throttle. Once the car is given any real amount of throttle more than just maintaining cruise speed it goes away. If you put it in neutral while rolling it also goes away.
Car runs same as before, fluid levels are good. Transmission fluid is still clean and red and has no sign of a burned smell to it. The sound is just very annoying and I'd like to know if I need to baby this thing until I can afford to drop it for a stall and clutch pack refresh.
It should have under 50k miles on it total. Filter was replaced when it went in the car. I bought the engine/tranny advertised as have "around 40k miles" and the cleanliness of the engine internals and transmission pan did not contradict this claim.

Will do. I replaced the stock style ones with regular hex heads so if they backed out much at all they might be contacting something.
Just talked to my dad he said he's had similar happen before where the flexplate is cracked, does that sound possible too?

any other opinions before I crawl under there and hope for finding something...I am scared to death to drive the car until I find something besides a cracked flexplate
I just got a FAST intake on and was supposed to have a good race this weekend that I'm going to have to call off

Ok guys, so I'm a retard. It is the air being sucked by the new intake. She is pulling enough air at idle that it makes an almost metallic screeching sound as it's pulled into the filter and across the MAF screen. I couldn't hear it on the way to the race track because we had the windows down and the radio on loud. It doesn't do it in park or neutral because it idles lower there. Once in gear the idle goes up to 1k because of the tune and starts pulling more air.
I found out by pulling the filter and putting my ear to the intake tube and raising the throttle and it started screeching.
Oh well I feel better anyway knowing nothing is damaged...but now I really want to descreen the MAF lol, with the windows up its really loud inside the car.
