Right now my car is a M6 but by the end of June if everything goes allright I will be a A4. My question is my rear has 4.10s in it and the car is a 224 cam, LTs, 150 shot and Iam wondering how the car is going to act with the Vig 4000 thats coming with the trans. Is it going to suck *** around town or will I be ok. Its NOT my DD but do like to cruise it around on weekends and would like to hit the track with it hopefully. Thanks for any input.

It should do fine around town, lots of people running stalls that large in there DD, it really comes down to what your definition of streetable is, I think you'll be surprised how well a 4K stall actually does on the street. what I would look at is how high are you going to spin the motor and how much spray? with a 150shot on top of that 4K stall your going to need to spin it over 6,500rpm to get the right shift extensions, should run great on motor though. other then that I say go for it.

So would I have to switch to a lower gear, say a 3.42 or 3.73?? My spray is set to shut off at 6000 with a window switch.
^I would say 3.73's. And be careful with that large of a shot and large of a stall. As for stall size you will be fine, i wish i would've went bigger than my 3800 in my DD. Its even driven in SNOW and i wanna go bigger.
Running a 150 shot here with 4.10 in the rear and a Vigilante 3600. See vid below--first time out on spray. Will be going to 4000 stall next time out with new top end set up soon.
I think we'll be allright with the higher stall. You are running 28" tires, right?

Well I plan on running 28s (275/50/17 M&H drag radials) since my rear tires are shot anyway. So I should be ok with them then??
Its not necesarily the 4000 stall but how the converter is configured that makes it work with your combination. A converter that stalls 4000 behind 350 ft lbs will stall much higher behind 500 ft lbs. This is why you should acquire a converter custom built for your application. We do plenty of converters that stall well above 4000 in F bodys with 400 hp kits on them. The 4l60e doesn't live very long in this envirement but it is relative to the amount of nitrous you are going to use. When we build converters for pro mod and top dragster cars (running in the low 4's in the 1/8) that are sprayed 1-2 or even 3 kits. each converter is configured different per car and the same needs to be done here for true performance and driveability.
