B&M Hammer install pics Didnt finish putting the cable on but here is a few pics of a B&M Hammer I installed tonight. I have seen a couple other pics but figured it may help someone out..
I just roughly traced the shift boot onto a piece of 1/8" aluminum plate I had laying around, cut it with a jigsaw and bolted it down. Massaged the the ends with a hammer and there is very little gap, nothing a little silicone from underneath cant handle. Had to space up the rear quie a bit and trim off the mounting tabs for the plastic cover that comes with the shifter (see pics). Looks pretty nice and seems to work well - i'll find out when I get the TH350 in..

The shifter works for powerglides and 4 speed autos so yes it will work with a 4L60.
The tabs that were cut were to mount the little plastic console B&M gives you. The boot wont sit flush in the front if you dont cut the front one and the ashtray wont open if you dont cut the rear one. Maybe if it was mounted a little different you wouldnt have to cut them but they really serve no purpose for this application..
