If you dont have or dont plan on installing a CAI kit then I would get a big b&m cooler to install on the condensor if I was you. The reason I went with this cooler is because its a perfect fit behind the SSRA. If I didnt have the SSRA I would have installed a huge b&m. This cooler does seem to be doing a great job though. I still have to test it through the hot summer so we will see.

If you do have or want a CAI kit then go ahead on the cooler. Pics are on page 7. I have the trans fluid comming from the trans and entering the cooler in the bottom line. Then the fluid comming out of the top goes back to the trans

Let me know if I can help more and thanks

Thanks alot. Im not gunna do a cai and just keep my lid. I was throwing around the idea of a larger b&m but wasnt sure if it was worth it seeing as how I still have the stock converter.
Does anyone have any experience with the cooler kit from tsp?

EXCELLENT thread!!! I'm doing a 3600-3800 stall this summer and I really am set on the SS converter now! Also I had no idea about the flexplate (though I'm sure mine doesn't good) so lots of super good info in this! Thanks much!

The nose of the car was up higher than the rear so the car was at a good angle. I put those under the axle for extra safety.
