I just put a b&m ratchet shifter in my car. its a 2000 camaro. There is no direct fitment for our cars but it does work im now getting a tranny built with a manual valve body i dont think there is any benefit to it but i dont go to the track so it is just alot more fun around town for me

I haven't bought anything yet and from what I've seen you can retain the stock console except the plastic where shifter moves back and forth. hope that helps. i do plan on getting it once i get my car back from the speed shop, I'm doing it myself.
