Default Help Identifying Connectors for 4L80E Swap

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am in the middle of a M6 to 4L80E swap on a 2000 Z28 and have two questions:

1) I have a factory A4 shifter, what is this 2 pin connector on the left hand side of the shifter? Do I need to wire anything to it for this swap?

2) I will be using the Speartech 4L80E add on harness for the speed sensor and round plug. On the driver side of the 4L80E trans where the shifter cable connects, there is a large 11 pin connector. Do I need this? I am still planning on rewiring to the 6 pin connector on the A4 shifter gear selector (back up lights, neutral safety switch, park/neutral indicator).

The first picture on top is the shift lock solenoid. It keeps the shifter locked in park until you put your foot on the brake. If you need it or not is up to you.

The bottom picture is the neutral safety/back up light switch for the vehicle the trans came out of, as long as you wire up the switch on the shifter you don't need this.

Ok, made some progress and stumbled upon an issue since there's some contradicting info on here. I am wiring up the neutral safety switch signal. My understanding is that it is pin B - the orange/black wire coming off the shifter switch assembly on the side (see first photo below). I believe I need to run it to connector C220 that also has a orange/black wire, which I believe is the white connector under the passenger side kick panel (see second photo below). So do I just run the orange/black wire from pin B and T it into the same orange/black wire that is in connector C220?

It's the park neutral signal, so you can't open the rear hatch if you're moving.
I guess you could just tee it. All the switch does is connect it to ground when in park or neutral.

Hmmm, I believe pin A and B are for the park/neutral indicator to the PCM, so it adjusts idle speed correctly when I am in gear, park or neutral. So I'm trying to figure out where the orange/black wire from the shifter switch signal goes to? Pin A (the black/white wire) is just a ground.

Does the wiring diagram I posted show?
It's specifically for a Camaro. It shows a tee, one side goes to the pcm and one goes to the hatch release. They ground when in park or neutral.

Thanks for the help guys. Here is what I gather (my car is a 2000):

On my connector C220, terminal H is not an orange/black wire but instead is a light green wire (which is the backup lamp feed). I pulled the blue C1 connector from the PCM and I have no wire going into Pin 34, which is the PNP Switch Signal. So based on the schematics shown, it looks like I need to run pin B (orange/black wire) on the PNP switch to the blue C1 connector on the PCM. Sound right?
