Default locking converter on the dyno....
how much power would be gained if you locked your converter in third gear at WOT on the dyno...? I heard 12-15 RWHP.

depends on the converter I guess, I have never done any locked numbers on my car. Do you plan to lock it up at the track??

if it will make more at the tire I might. the car runs a 13 flat at 107 with 290Rwhp and street radials. If i can pick up some more time.

at 700rwhp...my vig 3800 seemed to lose about 25hp unlocked.

My car dynoed 382hp locked and 361hp unlocked with a Yank PY3600E converter.

Maybe 10-15 at your power level by locking the verter. If you do decide to don't do to many passes with it like that or you could burn it up.

My dyno numbers were 381 unlocked and 392 locked.
Or maybe it was 382 unlocked and 391 locked.
Either way, it was right at 10 hp.

That's through a 3000 TCI, and 3.42 gears.
