I'd say go with an Energy Suspension one. I recently put one in my car, and I don't have any of the vibrations that I used to. Even with this 'lopes harder than it really is' cam that used to shake the car, it stopped doing that too

The picture on that link ^ doesn't look anything like the mount I have on my car, is that the right one? Mine has 2 big rubber tabs on the back of it, it doesn't look like they even serve a purpose????
Just to give you an Idea.thiats just the rubber part,
it has a large pointed bolt through the center, and one on either side

Default Tranny mount...

I work at a transmission shop and have seen alot of mounts fail i.e. Autozone, Napa, Pep Boys blah, blah.... It seems the one from dealer holds up better and lasts longer(stock application)

great prices on GM parts. The LS1 mount has a torque limiter built in it to keep it from seperating.

With the energy suspension mount someone said to grind the two tabs (humps) off. Do you need to install the spacer plate also?

Thanks
