Default Flexplate replacement?

Hey guys. I was just wondering how many of you replaced your flexplate when you did your torque converter. I'm about to throw in either a Fuddle 3600 or a 3800. My car has 70,000 miles.

I'm wondering whether or not I should replace mine.

Not yet, but but I am going to. My car is an camaro 02 though and i've heard that the later model years have weaker flexplate.

The 98-00 flexplates *should* be alright, right?

I'm SI for now, and will be for a while. I plan to have gomer install a F13 later on, but no crank, rods, or pistons.
