Default My Turbo Action Cheetah Shifter! *Pics*

Posted these up in some elses thread but thought I would share them here as well in case others are interested on how my install looked.

The coiled cable is for the T-brake and the little box looking thing in the back of the shifter is my inovate wide band guage.

I used the stock A4 shifter console (came out way cleaner than the M6 console I tried first) and cut a dam near perfect shape to fit around the shifter, it looks really clean, no holes or gaps. I also kept my ashtray and cup holder .

Thanks for the comments guys.

It is indeed on a RMVB hooked to my Rossler TH400 with Trans-brake. Took a while to get used to shifting backwards, but think I got it down now .

I am amazed at how perfect that came out. It fits perfect, my fathers looks no where near as good as yours and he has the automatic console.

Do you actually ever use it in an automatic car?
At first I panicked cause I could not figure out how to keep the Ebrake without it looking awful (I modified my console when installing the Pro Stick) then I asked myself just how many times have I used the Emergency brake in the 10 years I have owned the car? Maybe twice, and I had to rack my brain to come up with that many times.
So I pulled all of it out and have no regrets.

lol...
Well I've heard of problems with parking on a steep incline, that the car can roll just enough that it makes it really hard to get it out of park. And just out of habit I've always put mine on. But I guess Kansas doesn't have many steep hills like Colorado.

No more E-brake, but the car is not a DD either and has no impact with it being gone, just saved myself about 5 pounds .

Also had to ditch the air bag!

Thanks for the prop's guys!

Wow, that does look damn good. A lot better than most rmvb shifter installs I've seen.
