BY gettinga custom made converter to your car (not sure what you are running now) you'd stand to probably gain more then swapping to a th350
i ran 10.9@123.3 mph .....3320lb...(347ci H/C N/A with Th400)...

still got alot in the car....looking for a low-mid 10's N/A ....

if th350 will pull 0.1 that would be great

thx alot..

Had: stock 3.23 rearend, 26" slicks, aluminum DS, built 4l60e , 4000K stall, 1800' DA, ran 11.4 at 119mph with 1.60 sixty.

Have: 12 bolt with 4.10's, 28" slicks, steel DS, TH400, 4800 stall, 2500' DA, ran 10.9 at 125mph with 1.60 sixty.

I'll take a TH400 over the 4l60e any day. I don't even care about the dyno numbers, the track is what you need to use for the real test...

It's around 3800 with me in it. My only weight reduction is the removal of the front sway bar. I've done nothing but make the car heavier and it it doesn't even have a bar in it yet I don't use front runners at the track either, stock 17x9" wheels.

Didn't add any power. I couldn't believe the timeslip when I looked at it, especially the MPH for a TH400. I mean, I was hoping I would get a 10.9x, but it was hot out that day and didn't think I could pull it off. Haven't got a full run on the T-brake yet either.

With the same setup I have now except I had an M6, a smaller cam (about 10-15 less peak whp), 26" slicks, 2500' DA, about 100# heavier, I ran 11.7 at 120mph 1.70 sixty. Just thought I would throw that in there too.
