One of the baddest commercials I have seen for a car.
I think it might even top the old Ws6 ls1 commercials.. Reason being is because it is to the point, no extra **** thrown in there. Toss up for me.
And the fact that it is not a ws6, that means it can't be my favorite..
BUT! I do love the way the Challengers look!!!![Grin](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_grin.gif)

That's what you call refining car enthusiasm down to its most basic element.........love. Kudos to the Chrysler ad guys on this one. Awesome commercial. And afterall, who doesn't stare wantonly everytime they see a clean R/T or SRT8 Chally drive by??? That's one car that hasn't nothing to prove IMO.

i will admit that dodge's commercials are the best out there
That Charger and Challanger one are sweet. I also love the minivan where they talk about a van not being manly. then they say something like a vehicle carrying 5 of your offspring, not manly enough? lol GM needs to take note in the passion part of their commercials. They "kinda" do it for their trucks but that's really it. They have the same boring voice in all of them and it's always in a warehouse with a bunch of other cars around. Retarded. Hire me on and i'll give ya some good idea's ![Grin](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_grin.gif)

The marketing Dodge has had for the last decade has been pretty decent and I like that they cultivate the macho image even though cars like the Avenger suck.
GM never really went all the way with Pontiac which was another macho American brand. They wanted to be sporty the past few years, but not offend anyone, which was wrong. Dodge doesn't care as you can see if you visit their site. Their vehicles have also had very masculine styling for awhile now.
I think Chrysler has the right idea with Dodge's marketing, they just need more new and compelling product. I'm curious to see what the refresh of the Charger looks like when they unveil it later this year.

I like the advertising for sure. My problem with Chargers and 300's is that they are overwhelmingly driven by 30 something year old douche bags with large egos. If it were not for that I could really see owning one as a commuter car.

It's going pretty strong now, my friends over at Cartek Racing (www.cartekracing.com) have done a lot of great things with them (and Chargers/Magnums as well) over this past year.
