I like it, but is it just me or did they go a little crazy with the ZL1 emblems?
I'm hopping this leave room for a scaled down Z28. Maybe stripped down SS with a beefier suspension and hopped up LS3

IMHO, this is what the SS should have been from the get go. The Camaro has not been something I'd be willing to put money down for, or sell my T/A over, expecialy in the looks department. They finaly come out with this, but it will cost probably a fortune if they keep up prior ZL1 prices SLP has offered past few years, and forcing a manual only option is surely going to kill off alot of potential buyers. GT500 and Z06/ZR1 already has.

Ideally, the ZL1 should have an LS7 (aluminum 427, shares some symmetry with the original '69 ZL1s) and maybe the Z28 should've been the LSA...but not sure if that works either LOL.

Well we all know the weight will be at 4000lbs if not more but would be nice if it was a tad lower, just to toss it out there the 2011 GT500 weights at 3,850lbs so hopefully GM knows that so who knows.

ZL1 is a better name for this car. Z28 was originally a handling/road race car. This is not that.
I don't think the LS7 will meet emissions in the near future so I bet a Z28 would have a beefed up LS3.
Price........$55,000 starting I bet.

I *WAS* interested in this car, but not now. No auto = no good for me.
I'll go back to my previous plan of buying an LS3 C6 and supercharging it myself.
