I don't know if I will ever buy a corvette... I will buy one year of it and the next they will offer more power and I will be pissed I just dumped money on the one I have!
If I stay with a Z06 maybe I will be safe for a few years though!

Oh well i'm just glad the LSx is starting to make a huge turn toward performance. Come on LS7/L92 heads, LS7 intake and 6.2L block backed by a 6 speed auto!! Thats heaven for a Drag racer with a stout rearend.

I hope that GM will put the LS3 in the Camaro, but under-rate it like they did with the LS1 F-bodies. That being said, will GM be able to under-rate the car like they did with the LS1?? I guess we'll just hafta wait and see...

side-note: would the LS3 be considered a Gen IV V8 ??

OMG!! This is getting good.
"The intake valves feature lightweight hollow stems, which enable the engine’s 6,600-rpm capability."
While I would have appreciated new engine technologies (DI, VVT, DOD, etc), Im also glad that they kept this motor simple. Simple = easy to work on...
