Default Pics of my new TOY- 04 V

If you guys followed my first thread I was looking at an 04 with 39K miles. I ended up buying the car and all I can say is WOW, I love this thing.

I picked it up friday, saturday morning I dropped off for tinting. I went with 35% all the way around but I think maybe I should've done 25%. It seems that it has the skip shift installed because when it asks to skip, it doesn't lock me out of second. So here's how it stands right now.

Pros:
Low mileage 39K
Tires nearly new - 90%
Interior like new
Volante Intake
Skip shift plug
Everything else Stock

Cons:
Slight curb rash on 2 wheels
passenger side headlight has the clear peeling on one edge near the hood
STOCK SHIFTER!!!!!!

I'm thinking of dropping it with H&R springs, whats everyone's thoughts on those springs vs. Eibachs? Also I don't want to totally throw away the ride comfort.

Looking forward to any input.

-John

congrats

IMO , H&R springs look better then Eibachs because it provides less of a drop in the front which eliminates the overly tucked wheel look Ride quality will be the same either way you go.
you will also need Spacer for rear load leveling shocks(specs on the FAQ)

if you want to adjust your ride height you will have to go with the ground control setup for $500.. with this set up you can pick your spring rates

With my car after the cags eliminator it doesn't say anything on the dash anymore. Sounds like the solinoid(SP) might just be bad.

Welcome to the site and awsome car!!!

My skip light comes on with my cags disabled by the cags eliminator. Maybe a fluke?

I bought mine through Lingenfelter(SP) and there is no light. Wonder if they have something different or I'm just lucky.

As many "silver" cars I see everywhere, I get very tired of them ... way too many.

BUT, the Platinum on Vs looks really nice ... your's looks great!

Enjoy!
