Default Skip shift delete

I hate skip shift and want it gone but I also want to get a diablosport predator relativy soon. Can u elim skipshift with the pred? I'm just wondering weather to spend the 30 now on CAGS or should I wait a few weeks for the pred will it b deletable then

I don't know if you can tune it out with those devices, but you can make your own CAG's for about 12$ I believe. One trip to Radio Shack, one trip to <insert car store> that has the GM Connectors.

I used the cags elimanator but later got the W4M tune and it takes it out anyways.

The Predaotr will allow you to disable CAGS in your car no problem.

I've put almost 1000 miles on my car since I got it last month and it hasnt happened to me once...I wonder if I have it already.

I'd say with 99% accuracy that yes, it's been tuned out/cags eliminator installed. If you're in first and just go up to 2500 rpm and try to shift with cags active it'll lock out 2nd.

I know it realy does suck and the funny thing is if you watch the screen with instantaneous fuel economy showing as long as you keep the same pedal pressure you gas mileage does not go up at all. I've seen it as low as 7-8 mpg as soon as I let off the clutch from the 1st-4th shift. So pointless good thing it's easily removeable lol or te driving experience of this fantastic car would go down just that much I am def gettin my programmer asap lol

i posted the link up to the ebay seller that sells the good ones with the delphi connectors and wire loom a while back... 15-17$ shipped cant beat it with a stick and dont gotta mess with cobbling one together, just my opinion...

dint check but that ebay link above might be the one...

same one i purchased and will ship for 10, just b/c my new tune eliminated it and I do not need anymore. Only 2 months old. very nice piece. you will be glad you got the eliminator, believe it.
