For an entire month I tried to get a tune from them, all I did is what their name says, I waited for them.... and waited and waited and eventually they stopped emailing me back when I was ready to make a paypal payment and get the ball rolling. Half the time they didn't answer the phone during business hours and every time I waited to try and leave a message their message box was full. All and all I wouldn't recommend them to anyone based on the fact that I was trying to buy something from them and it took forever, imagine what it would be like trying to return something to them or have something fixed! anyway I ended up getting a reflash from PCM for less and it was everything I had expected. Also I started email correspondence with them at 10PM and by 11PM I had completed my order sheet and within two days my PCM was being shipped out. I definitely recommend PCM for less and DO NOT recommend wait for me.

If you call during the day, and no one answers, it is just that we are on the other line. There are 2 people answering calls non stop. Payments are simple, as our emails show the instructions on how to pay. Sorry that you didnt go our route... We only charge $75 dollars for the tunes..

With the mulitple phone conversations had with you and the emails sent you had all the info you needed. It had it all in the email. Even the other questions you asked where all in the first email i first sent. Including how to pay, how much to send, instructions on what to ask for. Sorry that wasnt enough...

FYI - Im new but want to give heads up to people doing business with Jesse. Enclosed is 2 threads. A gentleman spent amost 19k for a total of 2 engine builds thru Jesse to build up his 09 CTS V engine. The cadillac forum link is lenghty, the TBSS link is 3 pages. Please read.
