yeaa.. i think my gray CS mounts have to much lateral play.. when i take a hard right with any speed i can feel the headers rubbing against the steering shaft.. this did not happen 10k miles ago when they were installed.. wrapped headers and heat shields on the mounts
I have a set of Rc51 mounts but never installed because i heard the noise and vibes at idle are annoying on a daily driver. Let us know how they are..

Here is mine, it is a small cam, full exhaust, intake, tune.....but I dont know when it went bad, my shop noticed it when I had my inspection done, since it is just over a year old, creative steel did discount replacements for me, so I appreciate that, just got to get them put in, and see what happens.
as you can see cracked strait down the middle

That's insane! I don't get how you guys didn't notice them going bad though. With them being compromised like that, wouldn't there have been some excessive cabin feedback?

A cammed V has so many quirks, rattles and sounds that the mounts being ripped didnt raise any red flags to me. Like others, I didnt know they were bad until the shop called me.

Yeah, but it was slow. It wasn't an immediate failure, rather, the mounts slowly melted and ripped.
