Procharger, TVS, Eforce, Maggie, H/C, Stroker??

sort of peanut gallery two cents here... but people are saying the 112 is as good as the bottom end can take. Isn't part of that due to the amount of heat the 112 makes at the power levels people are running? It is overdriven quite a lot, which means heat and probably pumping loss. Wouldn't a 1900 or 2300 or whipple, etc at the same power level be putting less strain on the engine, thus you could make more power safer on the stock bottom end?
I guess to put it another way, if you spent $4-5k on the 112, there isn't much you can spend the other $2k on because the 112 is on the ragged edge already. So if 450whp is the goal, it seems like a winner. Otherwise it seems like a non-starter?

If you want 100HP go with the Maggie. With $7k you can find a used maggie, buy a custom cam, and heads and still be under the $7k budget. Honestly if you shop the deals you can get a brand new maggie, cam and heads and still be slightly under 7k. You already have the clutch, rear end, etc. so I would just go that route. You would be right around 550rwhp if not a tad more with the right setup on a maggie, but like others have said, you will be peaking it out.
I would personally take the setup you have now, maggie and custom comp cam with a really good tune and have one hell of a daily driver and be done. I have yet to see someone with a big blower, twin turbos, or procharger put down anything impressive other than a dyno number from here. I would like to see some 1/4 mile runs, standing miles, road course, or something. All I have seen is dyno runs, revving in drive ways, and driving in circles in a parking lot.

Depends on what your time frame is and how long you can go without your car. Maggie 112 is the only thing you can do in a day (or two) for 100+ hp and maintain stock drivability. Cam + heads are going to have drivability and economy consequences.
If your budget is $7k, I think you are honestly already out of your price range for a Procharger or E-Force (or any other TVS). FWIW...I make pretty good power with my Maggie and still get just under 20 MPG's commuting around the Washington Metro area. Thinking about selling it though and going twin turbo's

So with my LT headers, if I got a MP112 and a better blower cam (or do you keep stock cam, I've read it's a decent blower cam) You guys think I could get close to or hit 500hp at the wheels? And/or underdrive it?
Or like Mossburg said......find a used MP122, (what heads?) and custom cam, and be good for a little while?

the 10% OD should not affect the internals as the crankshaft is what drives the belt and you are changing the size of the pulley that is turned by the crankshaft. As for the the accessories, I'm not sure how it would affect their longevity.... I would assume it wouldn't being over stressing them as generally accessories are run well under their design limits.
