the 10% OD should not affect the internals as the crankshaft is what drives the belt and you are changing the size of the pulley that is turned by the crankshaft. As for the the accessories, I'm not sure how it would affect their longevity.... I would assume it wouldn't being over stressing them as generally accessories are run well under their design limits.

Ok I'm thinking S/C and a cam.
Maggie (if anyone wants to sell me one)
Eforce (but I don't know how long it'll be for them to adapt it to our cars?)
TVS (not sure how to adapt it yet)
Cam.... (since I'll have front end apart) Which rockers/rods/lifters/etc should I get?
Heads....what heads should I get? I have an LS6. Or would the $$ > HP gain and not be worth it?
Also, what else should I upgrade while it's under the knife.... timing chain (LS2?) oil pump (Melling?)

would have sold you mine but i sold my maggie like two weeks ago.
as for the parts. for the money id just have your 243 heads hogged out. alot of places can do it for 500-1000 bucks and its does help. cam wise thats kinda a personal preference of what you like. i had a 234/242 .5987.621 on a 112 lsa and like i said before made 530/510 at 8.8 psi it had a good lope to it and was pretty drivable. i would stay with stock rockers and just upgrade to a hardened 7.4 pushrod. and any beehive spring you like personally. patriot golds seem to be a popular good choice.
and like you said since its under the knife id do a ls2 timing chain, a high flow oil pump (not necessary but nice). put in a 160* thermo.
im sure i missed some **** but thats a little starter i guess. im sure someone will disagree with me but this is just a IMO post

I went with 224/238. I didn't pick my own specs. I specified that I wanted the sweet spot of reliability and power. I wanted to be as close to dead even as possible is their was such thing. I too am also doing a 90mm throttle body. Upgrading the oil pump, timing chain, t stat, etc. I did (along with many others) a thread on what to do while you're in there. I'm also doing motor mounts, radiator, custom reservoir, and a bunch of other little odds and ends. The on to the 8.8 build and a over Haul of my trans in the future if I do end up falling in love. Somehow I feel my love for the new v and a GTS with end up winning out in the end.

If you go the maggie path get a ls9 cam. Your motor is a little small but I have one in my ls2 and it works like a charm and they are freaken cheap as hell.
If you are gonna change the heads get ls3 heads and the get the Eforce kit for the ls3.
I know RPM has done that to a V1 before.
If i had it all to do over again it would stroke/forge it. You can always add a blower later if you still want/need more power.

That kit is looking tempting but if she has no clue wonder how long it would take for them to assemble it for you...and what excuses you are going to get once they have your money...at 6 I would be more inclined to jump on it at 7 im going to wait till someone else does
