My car vs my buddies 11. His car is stock except for a muffler delete. Nothing too crazy, but I was having major traction issues. Ive always wanted to see what my car would do against his.

what is ur setup now? tvs 2300 right? i raced my friends 09 a buch of times.. my set up is a maggie with full bolts on and un touched long block..his was stock except a cai and tune.. i usually take him all the way to the top of 4th and halfway thru 5 before he stops my pull and starts to creep back..

weve gone from 35 in 2nd and 55 in 3rd almost all the runs. my car made 485 last time on the dyno and his was 490

What r the speeds/ gears ur going from? Try going from 2nd around 35 or so. And get some tires bro.!!

the one video where my buddie slams his rev limiter I stayed in 3rd the whole time.

Im pretty sure I can take him with a 3rd gear pull at about 4K. We didnt have room though

This is what I wanted to see. First gear is useless in the V. The money gear is def. 4th. If you get a chance to line em around 60mph in 3rd, which should be about 4k... please put that vid up.

I'm adding meth soon which should net me over 500; then maybe a 50-100 shot. I dont wana pop my motor with all this **** on it though with stock internals

Was he a manual or auto? auto's put down a bit less power. If he gets a tune I think it will be a different story. Your car is a beast though and I hope to see more of those vids!

Get tires Traction is a real real issue with the gen 1s north of 500.

Meth is great for cooling, don't know if you want to tune for it.

Yeah hebwas an auto.

My tired are at the wear bar and I have 275's. It should be better once I get some new skins on it. The fronts are still at 70%.

I don't tune my car so that's not an issue there. And seeing as how it gets pretty hot here in the summer I think I'm gonna need it
