So, my trans was leaking a good bit where the tailhousing met the trans. I pulled it out of the car, and took it down to a local trans shop.
Finally got around to putting it back in, and now the speed doesn't work.
I changed the speed sensor, and still nothing.
The battery was disconnected for about a month.
Is it likely the trans shop screwed something up, or is there something I'm missing?

I bet you can also put the car into reverse at speed because you/they accidentally reverse connected the lockout and speed sensor harnesses.
Switch the wires back and you'll be good to go.

Yea, how stupid to make the VSS and temp sensors the same connector....
Thanks for the help guys, got it done over the weekend. It's been over a month since I drove the car, I almost forgot how it felt!
