They seem pretty confident in this CadillacForums.com thread, that these tire sizes should work:

245/40/19 FRONT
275 or 285/35/19 REAR

@omeara7: Those are the sizes I posted on the Cadillac forums. They are the correct sizes if you're goal is to match the OEM sizes as best as you can. Those are the sizes I chose (275 in the rear).

Oh nice, I'm just scared of tire-rub since I had that problem with my last car and it drove me nuts. I plan to go with 275's in the rear too, just to be safe. The tires I'm getting are $70 cheaper for 275's too (compared to the 285's). Thanks.

From Forgestar:

Cadillac CTS-V Groupbuy Members,

Thanks for your patience with this groupbuy. The front and rears have passed JWL VIA testing and we are planning to ship all orders out to customers in 2 to 3 weeks. Due to some confusion originally on the titanium and the brushed titanium finish we have run into a small delay but are busy working on this issue. If you have any more questions or concerns please don't hesitate to call or email us.

This is the third or fourth 2-3 week delay that we've had. Someone's not telling us something.

I think you and I share the same sentiment. I'm glad you chimed in because I was beginning to worry.

I'd read on another forum that Forgestar had taken quite a bit longer then originally anticipated on a similar GB.

Hopefully worth the wait and anticipation.

Sent an email to Peter and Vincent, and here's Vincent's reply. I was very cordial, but I did ask for better explanation as I thought most of us thought we were being put on the backburner.

We are dedicated and working as hard and as fast as we can to get the items out as soon as possible. We had tested the 19x10 6 lug version for JWL VIA in late April. The 19x9 just passed early May. Once we passed we started running full production on the parts. We have a two week delay right now. The 19x9 sizes are running now and the 19x10 will run next week. That is why we are looking at a middle to late Jun delivery time calculating for shipping time which is usually 5 days to the east coast from California. We are not pushing anyone to the back burner. We are committed to the Cadillac CTS-V community.

MMM... Maybe i will just keep my true forged 20's. These are taking way too long and i don't wanna deal with issues like that.
