I feel like Betty Crocker waiting for this flywheel to be "done".
Ok Fast, here is a sure fire test.
Put it all back together except for the main disc.
If you still have "creep", the pressure plate/2nd disc assy is not right.
That is, if you don't have a slave/master/pedal problem. (LOL?)

With only the pressure plate and captured disc installed, pushing on the clutch pedal (while in gear) should release enough tension pressure so you should be able to rotate the transmission output by hand.
If you can't, then applying power isn't going to make it any better, and I would assume there is a problem with the pressure plate/captured disc binding.

I pulled off the flywheel and it looks good. But I received new bolts from Jason at katech and compared them to the old pressure plate and flywheel bolts that came out. Turns out the new flywheel bolts are about .25im shorter then my orginal bolts! I really hope this is my issue and the bolts were bottoming out before fully torquing the flywheel down...
