When I sold my Monster, I included the old bolts, but I told the guy I would not re-use them.

If you read my thread, if you don't have long bolts or studs to help on the re-install, you can use the starter motor mounting bolts.

Yes I am. But how do I get the final 74ft lbs. Without spinning the flywheel/crank?

I wedged a rag between the starter motor and flywheel ring.

Also, watch the angle you are turning against.

Or you can put a socket on the balance bolt and use a long socket wrench to hold it in place.

Correct me if I am wrong, but that pic looks like an ls7 slave cylinder, you need to use the stock slave on this setup. My Stocker was not green, it was black, which is why I am bringing this up.

Don't use 12 points for torquing.

When you put the shifter back in the hole and bolted it up to the bottom of the car, crank those bolts super tight. Locktite them if necessary.

Transmission is back in... What a bitch! Had to drill out the slave bolt holes re tap and put inserts in because they were so stripped. Also had to rent a transmission jack because my floor jack would not do the job. Taking a break and then bleeding for the final verdict
