Okay clutch is bled.how easy should the ds coupler spin when in gear with the clutch in? In neutral it spins very easy. But in gear with clutch in definitely is more effort.

Should turn freely.

The only drag I noticed is I could hear a slight scrape noise, but that was expected as there is nothing that prevents it.

You can't compare it to neutral as the gears are not spinning.

Use 2nd and compare.

Also it helps to have someone else slowly push on the pedal as you turn the output shaft.

All back together. I'm undecided on the result as the shifter is very tough to move in general, i believe this is due to the brass shifter bushing I installed in parallel and it needs to break in.

Final verdict is 90% solved! Only issue is still having difficulty getting into reverse
