Just seeing if any of you guys have one that I could possibly rent out for a weekend sometime in Dec when I'm home for leave. I'm doing a few things to the car and just wanted to knock this out at the same time, I'd appreciate any help.

If you guys send me the fender roller I'll build a 6 lug adapter for it. Seems like we could get a few people on the forums here that could use it.
Only cost to you would be shipping it to my house and letting me use it

do these fender rollers have some sort of measurement device on it to determine distance of the roll you have achieved so that way you can use that exact measurement for the other side to have a perfect match on each side or do you need to run around to the other side every few rolls and go by eye. just something that came up and was curious.

There and isn't, is it depends if you are "rolling" or flattening the lip or "pulling" the fender. There's no gauge as to when they both are the same however if you are just rolling the lip you can use that as a gauge, when it's flat or almost to the inner side of the fender etc.
Now pulling the fender that's a different story...you obviously roll the fender lip flat to the inner side of the fender then keep rolling/pulling. without heat and most important patience you can really do some damage, manly gaps at the front of the door, bumper etc. since you would be now "pulling" the metal out.
Either way it's fun stuff takes a lot of practice, trial and error to be ok at it.
