Washing the B&B

Whipple installed, ecs tensioner, and custom moroso power steering tank

Had to redrill the manifold mouning bolt holes, never took into consideration that milling the deck .005 to zero it plus a thinner head gasket would affect the head to manifold geometry as much as it did. Just glad the manifold sinched down with the .020 difference, without having to mill the blower manifold.
Anyway, just got some minor odds and ends to do, mostly wiring in my new Iat, wiring the MAf, for a slot style, and wiring in a SNow variable methanol controler.
Could have it done in a day, too bad I don't have day to work on it for a bit. Hopefully get it to the tuners in afew weeks, if she starts without problems.
Poor dusty girl..

Looking good man! I just got mine done and am tuning it now...you'll be amazed at how much better it will feel with some more timing with the lower compression and heads. Mine is night and day difference in power and drivability.
I went from this with the 3.5" pulley (about 7.75 lbs boost)...

To this with a 3.25" pulley (about 10 lbs boost)...

Not a hint of knock retard anywhere...might add a little more or step up to the 3" pulley!

Waiting on the tuner to get back to me to see when I can bring it in.
I tied my meth controller to my MAf (LS3) , but didn't realize ours is frequency based, not voltage. My meth started doing weird things, like activating when I shut the engine down. Obviously I was sent the wrong one when I ordered it.
So I have a new controller coming, should be here before friday. I want to get that wired in before going in for tuning.

At a later date I'll probably add in some other things to monitor the meth system, like a flow sensor and possibly some kind of failsafe.
Right now i want to get it tuned without the meth to set the timing, then factor it in to set the afr, maybe a tad on the fat side. That way i'm using the meth more for cooling than performance. If it ever failed hopefully I can catch it and it won't be so catistrophic.
watching an LED to tell me the meth is spraying doesn't have me overly comfortable.

It's just so it can fit under the hood. or well to get the intake tube to fit.
That is a damn good idea and one I wish I had come up with for my eforce build.
