Default Leaking radiator.. GM cooling system tabs?

Before I start, I have came to the conclusion that I'm done modding my V1, as soon as I get out of my negative equity and find the V2 I want the V1 is going to be traded in.. That being said I'm not willing to spend the extra coin on a Ron Davis or any radiator like that.

My radiator is starting to leak from the bottom, I assume it's not the water pump because there is no mess anywhere and all the fluid is gathering on the bottom of the radiator. I can get a oem replacement from a buddy who is a parts manager of a Chevrolet dealership for $370 tax out the door "Comes with a one year warranty, which will be around the length of time I keep the V1", or he mentioned trying "GM cooling system seal tabs". I'm not a fan of the parts stores fix a leak stuff they have, but have anyone tried the GM tabs?

The local parts store has them for under $200 with a lifetime warranty.

I called Advance Auto, Auto Zone, and Carquest. They don't carry a replacement radiator for the CTS-V only the CTS, which is two different radiators.

Going to just by the AcDelco one from Amazon, for $200 saves me around $170.

Hi impulse, just replied to your PM. It's a true AC delco. No problems with fitment. Replaced it about a year ago and it's still going. I've even had it in and out a couple times to do other work. The only issue is, as mentioned above, that I don't think it comes with a warranty.

I have one you can have if you pay the shipping.

I pulled it from my 05, it doesn't leak.

Actually they are the same radiator. Only difference is there are fittings for the trans cooler.
