Where do you live at?

I live out in Sugar Land.

Header are easy to install.
Remove the bolt with a ratchet wrench.
Remove oil dip stick and steering shaft.
The header drop out of the bottom of the car.

You may need to cut and weld. I know the pacesetters with the offroad connectors went on perfect, and although they looked larger, they lined up with no issues, basically perfect.

When you disconnect the steering shaft, Did you spin the steering wheel? That will break the clock spring.

Check the fuse box under the rear seat.
