Default LS2 V with VRX5 Cam First Start up.

Finally completed the install, overall i think i spent no more than 10 hours total, on and off in a course of 3 days.

VRX5 cam
BTR .660" dual springs w/ Titanium retainers
Chromoly 7.400" pushrods
Vengeance PCM mail order tune.

Should i keep the 150 shot in or go with the 100?

Sounds pretty good. Vengeance does some nice builds. Curious how that mail order tune works out. How is it once the idle has come down?

Honestly, i really thought this cam was going to be difficult to drive, but its smooth as hell. I will post another video once the car is warm and idle is down.

cams theoretically should have no break in period. you'd be more worried about the tune being off.

I would only add that changing/inspecting the oil after 100 miles would be good idea.

Make sure everyone played together well after the fact.

Very little bogging with that cam. Where is the idle set?
