Before throwing a different pulley on, check to see where your boost level is today. Too much and kaboom.

Triple that (what Stealth said)

Much over 6 psi and kaboom is the answer.

I'm running a 2.8" pulley because I wasn't seeing the boost I should (elevation possibly) and the 2.8" pulley brought me right to about 5.5-6 psi - right where it should be.

Substantial tuning has been done since the pulley change to make things run correctly. How much power am I making now? Hard to say, no dyno time available - but suffice it to say that I believe betweent he pulley swap, incredible StealthV (TM) tune and B&B headers I'm sure it is over 60 hp better than before

This guy put a 2.6" pulley on his magnacharger.

You might need an alcohol kit if you go for the smaller pulley.

The motor is SLIGHTLY over 10.5:1 COMP, I wouldn't boost it too much
