For $160 I couldn't be happier. Nice noticeable difference with that tune.

Yeah for $160 I'm happy to have a second pcm to tune with. I go for a dyno tune Thursday.

I'm not sure but most tuners lock the pcm so you can't retune them and so that someone else can't see thier handy work. Only they can do the retune. You might talk to wait4me and see if his is locked. I guess you can retune the stocker but then you can't swap it back when you go to the dealer with a potential problem.

personally I like the Katech shifter. The BMR pinion shaft stabilizer is a must and the anti-wheel hop kit,2 dealerships in my area even installed the the pinionshaft stab at no fee on all 3 of my V's . after these upgrades then look at headers and cold air intake to increase power but first stabalize that rearend

Another jackass comment from you... no surpise you have 500 posts and just joined the site last month, you post without even thinking.

For simple mods or even a stock car, a new tune can add a nice increase in power and remove torque management, delete CAGS, etc. Dyno tuning isn't necessary unless you have a radical cam or such. Educate yourself punk.

For sure. 1st gear is very loose now as the throttle seems to come on right now. As before it almost seemed like the car would take a deep breath then come on. Second gear needs some finessing as well now. A hard speed shift into second will break traction longer now. I mentioned before the dyno runs that the car seemed crisper after the tune.

Regardless of the numbers I love this car even more. It's like I'm always finding an excuse to drive it....and that's what matters most to me.

I think someone said it does help. I had to mash that Holden **** on which deadened about 90% of the noise.

Yes, this seems to have worked for some. I still haven't found the need for it yet though.
