Default Cruise Control not working after header install

So I put my headers on last weekend and shortly realized my cruise control doesn't work. My temperature gauge was acting goofy too but it fixed itself. I haven't had the car tuned yet, so I do have the CEL on but would that cause the cruise not to work?! All wire connections around the headers are fine.

I'm pretty sure I didn't. The headers went on very quickly with out a hitch. They were never caught on anything either.

just out of curiosity..whens the last time you tried it? get a new nav radio or anything lately?..I know if those things aren't programmed correctly it can do some weird things...I know my cruise button was turning the heat up in my car when I got a new radio before they programmed it....just crazy stuff....anyways, is the little light on the button turning on...or the light on the dash and the cruise isn't working...or is nothing coming on at all.

Little light on the button comes on, but it never sets. I checked the fuse block in the engine bay, couldn't find a cruise control fuse there though.

Did you mess with any of the pedals? I jacked up one of the switches on my Camaro (the top clutch switch) and the cruise wouldn't work until I pulled it out toward the pedal a bit. The clutch and the brake both have switches that disengage the cruise.

I wasn't even under the dash. I'll check it out though.

Get your Check Engine light fixed and it'll work again.

You just yank up on it and it pops out. True story.

1 Push in and pull up on the front of the rear seat cushion.
2 Lift up and out on the seat cushion.
3 Remove the rear seat cushion from the vehicle.
