Default CTS-V Ksport coilovers

Had these on my V for 3 weeks, so still new! I had them on the tallest settings and was still to low to go up my drive way! I got different coilovers cuz they told me they would be a little taller! $700 gerrr2025@yahoo.com

Any pics of them on the car? I'm interested, but not looking for a "slammed" look.

I've really been researching a set of coilovers since I first saw your ride posted a couple weeks back. Are these the ones that there was a link to off the thread about your car? How low was "too low". Pics PLEASE, if you have any with these installed

Holy crap, if your profile pictures are with those KW's installed at their highest setting, that's nuts! I'd hate (or love) to see how low those things go!

LOL! In those pic's I didnt have my headers installed yet, They hang pretty low, less then an inch off the ground. So I raised it up and it barely cleared the headers but not the cats. So I wanted to raise the rear about an 1/2 more. I could of rig something up but didnt want to. Long story short, they wont go high enough so i can drive into my driveway. They ride great, in the pic's they are at the perfect stance IMO, which is about 3/4 from the top of the coilover, so you can slam it about 2inch more or raise it about 1inch. Im getting KW's in the near futur cuz i was told they can go a little highter. Now im back to H&R's and let me tell you, the ride is really stiff compared to these coilovers. I bought them for 899 and had them on my V for 3 weeks.

I would personally lose the headers/cats in order to keep those things man. That looks SEXY.

Aren't those just standard 2.25" or 2.5" springs?

For $50 each they come is various rates and free lengths. Replace the springs with taller springs so that you can get more adjustment from the threaded collar.

He's selling KSports, not KWs, so the pictures don't show KWs at all.

Why spend $250 or so on springs when instead you can sell your 3-week-old coil-overs (at a loss) and then spend around $2000 on KWs instead?!

I'm just curious how the height adjustments were being made, as everything I've ever read about the KSports is that the dual height adjustability gives them an incredible range. And what headers are on the car that they hang so low?

Gerr,
How was the handling with the KSport coilovers compared to the stock shocks?
Did you ever open track it?
