Cool 1:1 Scale 1969 Camaro model kit

Most of the parts are here, look at my poor garage space. We started tearing apart the '69 last night, hope to have the stock engine/tranny removed today.

FUN!

Looks good Tony. I'd be glad to help if you need any extra hands. We just yanked the engine and tranny out of Justin's (aka SSable) '67 Camaro project. It'd be interesting to look at your project. I think Justin is going to stick an LS1 in his. It would be nice to take notes. Still playing around with my broth-in-law's '68 RS. Trying to get the carb set up. Went old school with that one (454 BBC)! Good luck on the project

That is sweet, I like the way the front subframe is already setup.

skill rating: brutal! Fun for most ages

The garage is really going to look funny once I strip the entire interior out of the car (new seats, Dynamat, stereo system going in).

Power Tour '04! It will be done before that hopefully. I'm shooting for March

I was shooting for March 2 years ago with my '71. It still isn't painted. I'm shooting for January now. I'll probably find something else to do in the meantime that will set me back another year.

You're going to be really proud when your done. Nothing feels as good as when your project is done and you get all the ooooh's and aaaah's.

Tony, are you gonna do a big cowl for that blower or just slice a hole in the hood?

I'm sorry Tony, but I want all my stuff back. I'll be over tonight for the car! Ha Ha! I'll have to post a pic of mine, 1500 sq ft of car. Never again, well maybe if I move to a 2000 sq ft. garage.

Happy Wrenching!
