Default Hard top vs t-top

So it's proly been asked b4 but how much more does a t-top car weigh over a hard top car,

also anyone heard of a carbon fiber one top to replace the t-tops

I would say 20lbs more if that and i have not heard of carbon fiber ones.

The only thing I have heard is Lexan replacement for t-top glass.

I think he was referring to the t-top/targa top thing that 6LE was developing. but that is no longer gonna happen (I think)

Honestly since doing the conversion to my car I can't feel much of a difference other than its more comfortable to drive.

I don't believe there is much difference between the two. The 4th gens were engineered to have t-tops (remove the headliner of a hard top and you'll see). Here is a good thread:
