Thanks bud! I was actually really surprised with the gains with the 92/92 over the ls6. I didn't think there was that much of a gap in power! It'll do in the mean time while I build my 6.0

ordered my new clutch, tick master and slave. 2nd gear is out of stock everywhere and the gearbox is closed until the 4th, so it looks like mid January I should have my trans issues sorted out.

Just getting started tinkering with my sons 01 Z.
Put LEDs in the dash, cleaned up the IPC, Finding all the little broken things and making a list for the next trip to the parts yard.

Then the "knocking" the previous owner started getting louder. So as I was throwing some basic tune stuff at it with HPtuners, It showed #1 Misfire and P1637 (Alt)
So I have some work ahead of me this weekend.

Ordered more trans stuff, MGW shifter! And started my hunt for a reasonably cheap solution to my wheel and tire needs.

I'm currently in the process of changing plugs and wires on my 2000 z28. Halfway done. Waiting on an extra set of hands and eyes to show up and help with the passenger side plugs. After that...gonna go hunt for some used wheels and tires.

My son and I did a lot yesterday with his. Pulled all the AC stuff except stuff in box. but that's coming out soon when I drop the motor out. Deleted A.I.R. completely, Cruise is gone.
ABS is next.

Took out the white LEDs in his dash and replaced with blue LEDs, ran some blue LED strips in the floorwells for floor lighting, installed new hatch struts.

So after the I reinstall the wifes new TC in her Impala SS and a new timing belt on her 12 WRX this weekend, the motor is getting dropped from the Z.
Gonna go through the whole engine and look things over, install some new lifters, check all bearings and reseal the whole engine. It's leaking bad from everywhere.

Hopefully the clutch is still in decent shape. Not look forward to buying a new one yet.

He's in dire need of a short throw shifter though. Damn, I thought I was driving and old 95 Chevy truck.

Broke the clutch and replaced two more spark plugs. Didn't have the patience to cylinders 6 and 8.
