Default P0131 help please!

Ok gents for starters I drive a 99 Z28 M6. mods: pacesetter LT, 3" Y pipe, lid box mod, k&n air filter slp bellow, ls7 clutch assembly, short throw shifter, rear O2 deleted, TunebyFrost, BMR LCA and pan hard bar. For the most part vehicle is stock. I've been throwing this code for awhile among others. I've fixed everything but this damn P0131. The MAF is new and the O2 is new. I've swapped O2 trick and problem stayed on driver side. I've exhausted all options. Does anyone have any ideas what is causing this problem. It's causing my car to dump more fuel and has slight hesitation at first start. How can I find the problem. Do I have a ground issue some where? Please help. Thanks. Chris

You need to Ohm out the circuit from the Oxygen Sensor to the ECM, and check for excessive resistance, opens or shorts. Pay attention to the pins, specifically the female pins, if you cram something too big in the hole while checking the circuit, you can spread the pin making the connection worse, which can also cause a voltage low fault. Make sure your connections don't have any corrosion i them either.

Yes, use a digital multimeter to check the wires from the left upstream oxygen sensor to the ECM. Resistance should not be more than 5 Ohms. You will need the wiring diagram for your specific vehicle.

Okay I'll probe around with that. Each wire shouldn't have more than 5 ohms?

5 Ohms is the max any circuit should read, and it really shouldn't even be that high, more like 1-2 ohms or less. But 5 or under is acceptable.

Ok so I finally Ohm'd the wires. Each wire to the PCM read 0.2 and the ground was 0.0 You guys have any other ideas what the issue could be?
