Great car for sure, my favorite appearance era ('70-'73) for Camaro. Not really what I would call a "barn find" though, as the car looks to have been kept in proper dry storage and its owners didn't overlook/forget about it or die off without telling anyone it was there - it was stored with a purpose rather than a neglected relic that had to be discovered. Definitely appears to be a "survivor" type car though.

I'm not too surprised that it took so little to get running, nor that so many of the original parts are still working. Proper storage (and condition of the vehicle at the time of storage) accounts for much of that.

Default Always that one guy

The owner did pass away and his wife sold the car to dean without noting much about it so please read the article before commenting. (I'm next to dean right now lol)

Can't speak for the other folks but I *did* read the article, 5 years ago, and it sounds like the original owner did in fact put it in long term storage with a purpose in mind (to use after retirement), and was alive and well for most of this vehicle's life (1970-2010) - right until just a few years before it was sold in 2014. Maybe the article is wrong? Looks more like a "garage find" than a forgotten, poorly stored & rediscovered "barn find"; must've been a very well sealed barn with a dry floor for the car to stay so nice.
