Default Z28 that has sat for 3 years

What am i looking at? My buddy got deployed a while ago and the fuel pump went out on his 1995 lt1 so it has sat in his garage for 3 years and now he wants to sell.
I am thinking fuel filter, fuel pump, new gas, new battery, new fluids/oils, seafoam, fuel system cleaner, and a good cleaning? Any other serious issues i am getting into that i dont know about? I know he is not covering something up like a bad motor/trans.

Like could the injectors be clogged and need to be replaced or the water pump frozen up because of the dexcool?

You seem to have covered everything. Just make sure you change all the fluids and filters as well as the plugs and you should be alright.

After you get it running, I would run some injector cleaner thru the first tank.

ya i plan on using a lot of it i cannot imagine those injectors being in too good of shape. Hopefully the seafoam will eat most of it up.

I wouldn't seafoam it. Other stuff sounded good. Plugs and wires wouldn't be needed. Wouldn't worry about the tires. These days it doesnt seem to be as much of an issue as 20 years ago.

Expect smoke. No biggie.

Have you tried to start the car yet?
